Jean Marie Herron created her personal organizing company in 2005. It was her husband who suggested she become a professional organizer because he said that whether she was home or at work she was always organizing spaces, papers, people and time.
Jean Marie took his advice realizing her business background and passion for an orderly home had laid the foundation for POSSE, Professional Organizing Solutions Serving Everyone, and that her new career afforded her the opportunity to help people while transferring these necessary life skills to those who want an improved quality of life.
Jean Marie has worked in numerous Fortune 500 companies preparing seminars, business plans, new location openings, office relocations, event planning, budgeting and organizing the work space. Now her passion is residential organizing but you can still find her assisting executives in small business settings.
Along with hands-on consulting and private organizing sessions in the confidentiality of a client's home or office, Jean Marie also provides workshops, seminars, adult school courses and presentations through her Clutter Corrals. Additionally, she runs a monthly support group entitled POSSE's Pen.
“Clutter Corrals and POSSE's Pen” events are scheduled throughout the year with different themes and can be found in detail on the Clutter Corral page of this web site.
She is an active member of:
-
The National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO)
-
Current liason for the Board of Certified Professional Organizers for NAPO Northern New Jersey
-
Certified trainer for "NAPO-in-the-Schools" (a community outreach program developed to help young students learn the skill of organizing at an early age).
